Revolutionise your yoga practice by turning every down-dog into an opportunity for self-care. In this workshop, you will find out what self-care actually is and practise yoga-inspired tools of self-care including mindful sun-salutations and standing postures, self-massage, no-fuss restorative postures, and simple meditation and breathing techniques. Beyond home practice, you will also learn how to turn any yoga class of any style, even a sweaty level 2/3, into an opportunity for self-care and compassion. Open to all levels of practitioners.
