What is the course about?

A fun course that will get you dancing the fast and energetic Charleston. Build a solid foundation of basic skills while you enjoy dancing to original jazz music from the 20s and 30s.

Charleston became a dance craze in the 1920s. You will gain an insight into the origin and history of this dance through learning the basic steps and patterns to feel confident on the dance floor, progressing into learning original and more challenging choreographed routine. The focus will be on solo dancing.
