Yes! Salsa & Bachata are BACK to North London!
This workshop will be very special to all of us after this year! We can finally come all together again to share with each other our love to Latin music and dances. 4 HOURS of dancing, conversations, practicing, all about dancing and gaining more control and awareness in it!
During this workshops will be talking about music and rhythms in Latin music, we will be explaining how to hear them easily and feel confident with your interpretation; We will be practicing the correct techniques for spins and turns and mentioning how to get yourself to the advanced level faster. We will be showing you the exercises and movements to gain confidence with your shoulder and hip movements! All about music and it's energy, our own movement and confident n it, touching base with: how to use that all in our social dancing with a partner later on!
