4 weeks course Pilates / Core Stability & Movement with Rosaria
Date: From Thursday 19 September to 10 October 2024
Time: 7.30pm – 8.30pm
Pilates exercises focuses on the small muscle group and Abdominal muscle, teach awareness of breath and movement coordination, alignment of the spine and correct posture, strengthen the pelvic floor and the deep torso muscle for a flat and strong stomach.
This body conditioning technique focuses on the core postural muscles which help keeping the body balanced and which are essential to providing support for the spine In particular.
The course will give you the tools to enjoy movement, dancing and gym workouts, keeping the connection with your lower abdominal muscle to: prevent injuries, maintaining a strong pelvic floor, improve general well being, toning and lengthening our body.
Please wear comfortable clothes, bring your own beach towel or exercise mat, with socks or bare feet
