Carol is a fully qualified and insured Dance Teacher, registered with the ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing), and also with the IDTA (International Dance Teachers Association).

She holds Licentiate status with both Exam Boards, and has also completed her Certificate in Dance Education. 

Carol has been teaching Ballroom, Latin American and Popular Sequence dancing in the Bournemouth area for over 30 years, and has entered many pupils for ISTD dance examinations. The School has a good reputation for Exam results, with many pupils attaining Honours for their efforts.

During dance lessons, a variety of dances, routines and basics will be taught, from Waltz to Rumba, and Jive to Foxtrot.

Above all, the aim at DanceAway is to learn to dance in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Much hidden confidence has been discovered through the pleasure of Dance, and many life long friendships have been founded on the dance floor !
