Ballroom & Latin Dancing

Enjoy Ballroom & Latin dance lessons with us in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere – you’ll be impressed with what you can pick up in just a few dance classes!

Dancing is the perfect activity for adults to stay in good physical shape without stressing their bodies with vigorous exercise regimes, and learn something completely new either as a single or as a couple.
 
Parents will see their children's potential blossom in and out of dance classes. Dancing accelerates children's physical and mental development by training their focus, posture and coordination. Plus, imagine your child, after learning the value of dedication and hard work, proudly clutching their well-earned trohphies and medals being presented to them at competitions or exam awards.

We teach all the classic Ballroom dance styles: the Waltz, Foxtrot, Ballroom Tango and Quickstep; as well as most Latin dance styles: the Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba & Jive. Please see the ‘Dance Styles’ page for all the dances we cover.
