<Hi

Eventually someone has turned the sun on in London and we're promised a fabulous weekendcool

My suggestion is Icecream for Breakfast, a healthy recipe from our favourite nutritionalist, Charlotte.
(BTW if you have a healthy recipe for salsa dancers, feel free to suggest it for our health section)

Without comparison the salsa scene in London is a barmy mix of dancers from all nationalities dancing On1, On2, Cuban and so on - a barmy but fun way to meet new friends and keep fit.

If you have just started salsa or have only just found London's bible of salsa, welcome, enjoy and please forgive me: I can't fit everything into a simple weekly newsletter thus encourage you to visit Londonsalsa.co.uk for even more.

Our 2019 Dance Survey "Dance and Me" really is just 9 questions about dance and you.

Please take 30 seconds to complete, as we are keen to learn about your dance habits, which will help us to work out how to entice more people to dance more often for better health and fun.
