Your Salsa Journey in London
View email in browser
<Hi

Salsa, a street dance, has evolved over many years and is now danced in clubs, bars, studios, outside, on a boat, up a mountain in fact anywhere that the music grabs us.
As a result, each of our salsa journeys is different.
We learn with different teachers and partners and then party all over the world.

LondonSalsa is your guide to what and where, here in London.
Whether you are taking your first steps thus looking for the perfect beginners lessons, progressing through the various levels or a guru dancer simply getting your party diary organised.

When you are at Platinum Jubilee parties and partygoers admire your dance skills, remember to enthuse them to take salsa lessons by regaling them with your tales of your salsa journey, the joy of dance, the welcome from the salsa community and the fun.

This week's selection.

For Thursday a monthly special with DJ Hughie in Chingford

Chingford monthly Thursday      Barking Friday

On Friday, a monthly free event in Barking, mixing soul, salsa and funk.

Putney Salsa SaturdaySaturday sees the monthly salsa and bachata party in Putney , the weekly regular event in Acton and El Bembe in the heart of the City of London.

Salsa Cruise

The cruise is from the Festival Pier Southbank to the Barrier and back.
Watch the sunset as you sip a drink on the back deck, then see the River sparkle as the city lights up; all the while listening to some great salsa music to entice you back to the dance floor.
Four hours of dancing and fun; what a great way to spend a summer evening!

Monday at Bar Salsa Temple
There is free entry all night to Fuego Mondays at Bar Salsa Temple, where the Kizomba Temple meets the Latin Lounge.

Sunflower Gang
London Salsa believes that salsa gives you joy but also thinks that sunflowers make people smile, whilst helping our bee highway, so are delighted to support the Sunflower Gang.

If you can't plant a real seed this year, why not plant a digital sunflower on the Sunflower Map.
