The choice this week, as always, is seriously difficult. We've selected a couple of parties and class suggestions for you to consider but feel free to investigate further on any of the network sites.

With one of the best dance floors in London, top DJs on rotation and a lesson to start the night, you can join many of London's top dancers tonight.

Putney offer a free salsa class for first time beginners each Friday and follow up with classes for all levels in salsa and bachata and then a social dance.

Your late night Friday option could be in Balham with Miguel and Mayana, where the dancing in 2 rooms to salsa amd bachata after lessons only stops at 11pm for a show.

Every Saturday you can take an intensive beginners workshop at Bar Salsa in Soho, with a £5 discount by quoting London Salsa - even better you can take a repeat for free.

The first Sunday of the month brings Fulham's salsa and bachata social that starts with lessons. 

Midweek sees the start of most of the monthly courses.
For Tuesday, there is a 4-week absolute beginners course starting with Pexava in Northfields, where other level lessons follow.

Tuesday at Bar Salsa Temple includes a free intro to salsa session at 7pm, followed by lessons for all levels and a party till 2am.

In Paddington, Caramelo offers, salsa, mambo, kizomba and cha cha cha courses, starting this Wednesday.

Hammersmith is a great place to learn, with lessons for all levels, whilst the after lesson party will keep you warm.

The fun never stops, so a quick mention of the Cuban salsa night on Thursday 7th Feb in Harlesden, with no classes, just non-stop dancing.

The weekend of 9/10th February includes free lessons with Laith Sami and a talented group of teachers in Fulham.  I like the concept that you can take the workshops youy want and pay what you can.  Please have a look at the schedule and plan to drop in.
