Lockdown Band, Orquesta Mambarito, are live in London.

Well now, in 2022, they are appearing in Romford, Peckham, as part of El Swing in West Norwood and even at the Hyde Park Bandstand and at Off the Cuff in Herne Hill. (details can be found on their site listing

Orquesta Mambarito plays red-hot salsa classics from the likes of Ray Barretto, Hector Lavoe, Grupo Niche and Ruben Blades. The 11-piece group has a classic salsa line-up of trumpets, trombones, baritone sax and full salsa rhythm section, and features the sensational Colombian singer Fabian Velez.
