With all of us in the same storm yet all in different boats, Londoners and salsa dancers across the world are equally aching for a return to normally, so that we can dance in clubs soon.
Many of your favourite hosts are listing their virtual events on site to keep you fit and entertained, using Zoom. Facebook and other technologies.
I know there are many free options but if you can afford a donation, please do. The entertainment industry wasn't well paid in the first instance and many of your hosts will be falling between the financial support cracks.

11am Saturday : Get that heart rate pumping with Amie. Soca is a type of music found in the Caribbean and the dancemoves to go with this style are very energetic. Think of how you feel at the carnival.
Weekly Classical Music concerts by professional and student musicians from Conservatoires, streamed every Saturday 6.30pm
On Saturday evening, Rasa is teaching a live spinning class from 7-8pm
Maestro Carlos Paz will be teaching salsa crossbody footwork for beginner and improver level ladies and men on Monday evening. Monday night's Swing at Sway Online - live from 7.30pm
The Metrolatina Online Salsa party via Zoom at 7pm each Wednesday offers you the chance to interact with up to 100 dancers whilst enjoying a musical couple of hours with live DJ (and his kids if we are lucky).
The 2-2.30pm Children and Parent online Facebook lesson with Miguel and family is on Thursday. |
Mina Queen Salsa is offering a couple of virtual sessions each week - Saturdays, Mondays and Thursdays at 8pm.
Deimante is offering a host of online sessions from zumba through fitness and salsa. For instance the salsa footwork and lady styling sessions on Tuesday from 7pm.Ella Mesma Company Monday Morning Movement Ritual 45 Minute Class from 11am.
